Having quickly worked his way up the leisure industry ladder since starting his career, James has ended up at the top of his game thanks to a history of outstanding performances and extraordinary ability to proactively lead teams from the front, consistently delivering five-star service.

Due to this unprecedented success and his well-respected reputation for Operational excellence, James has been headhunted by some of the most respected names in the industry to oversee their Parks and implement growth on both new and existing developments.

Known for getting the very best from both his Parks and teams, James has worked with well-known Park Operators such as Haven Leisure, Park Leisure and the Haulfryn Group over the years, working his way up from positions such as General Manager, to National Operations Director.

The energy and drive he brings to his business interactions carry over to his personal life: always on the go, he enjoy seating out and makes up for it by keeping active with running and cycling.

Having been involved in 8 charity cycle rides over the past 9 years, he’s got over 6,000 miles under his helmet – helping to raise an excess of £500,000 for various charities. James lives in Somerset with his fiancée Shona and their brood of 5 children.
