From inception to conclusion, Wendy has the experience needed to deliver projects of all sizes with every aspect covered: from leading multi-disciplinary teams, assisting with masterplan schemes, advising on strategies to ensure operations remain commercially viable as well as prepare and coordinate site applications, she has the industry know-how. Wendy has also formed part of many due diligence teams to assist on acquisitions of individual properties and multi-site portfolios and can ensure that clients get a good understanding of the planning issues and development potential.
Wendy lives in Holmfirth with her partner and is now living the good life after their daughter Wendy loves the outdoors, and in her spare time, she can be found either mountain biking, mountaineering, climbing, or trying out something else equally exciting!
